A Near Death Experience
In a car, slowly dying, surrenders
darkness begins coming very slowly over her, goes slower and slower
Pitch blackness like she has never seen, continued until only a small, tiny hole was left and then complete pitch black
calls it the abyss or void, felt very comfortable there, no top, bottom, side
felt like she was floating, no sound, felt completely supported, zero fear or stress
was intrigued and curious about what this place was, put her hand in front of her face to see if she could see it, couldn’t see her hand
In the distance she sees a tiny spark of light, only thing she could see within the entire vastness of the place
it continued to get bigger and seemed like it was coming toward her, was curious to see what it was, was nothing else she could do, she was suspended
notices as she gets closer that it looks like a swirling tunnel or cone, has different tones of grey as well as sparks of a brighter light
tunnel is above her and she begins ascending upwards toward it and into it
begins to feel nervous and attempts to touch the side, tunnel begins to expand, notices she has zero control or understanding of what’s happening and begins to freak out a little
as she continues to go up and up, she sees an extremely bright light at the top of the tunnel, suddenly is at the top
stunned by the brightness of it, looks like a blue-white light, within the white light is a silver and other depth
people begin coming out from the white light, it is a massive group of people, she begins telling them to “back the f off”
suddenly recognizes her great grandmother, great grandfather, her aunt and uncle, as well as other people she knew who passed away
has no idea what’s going on
her great grandmother steps toward her and tells Heather that she has died, Heather wasn’t aware and thinks it can’t be
she begins to recognize the incredible light, describes it as loving beyond what we could imagine in terms of acceptance, support, kindness, gentleness, and everything else
falls to her knees and sobs, doesn’t want to be dead and feels like she didn’t get to live or do anything
recognizes another higher form of energy, is only able to differentiate it via feeling and frequency vibration, is told by it that she was going to be ok
is taken to a life review, everything takes place in the form of telepathy
explains the life review as feeling as though you were immersed in your life’s memories in every sense of it, well beyond the five senses, gains an understanding on how we affect each other
learns that whenever we have a thought about somebody, they pick it up and it enters their subconscious, they end up storing it
if you have a really harsh thought about someone, they pick it up and they bring it into themselves as a part of their understanding of themself
experiences a moment as a kid where she was mean to her friend and observed that when she said something to her, it was taken straight into her body as a truth, and vice versa
they were always in a negative energy exchange, shown how a little bit of kindness can change someone’s life
shown how some things she did for people became something that was incredibly helpful and altered the course of their life, some people that she had no idea she had an effect on
shown all the connections she had with the world around her in terms of people, animals, etc.
during the life review she feels, thinks, and knows exactly how the other person felt
shown that she chose her parents and they were part of her soul family, they took agreements with each other before the incarnation happened, not everything is planned out due to our free choice
shown karma and how it works, part of the agreements
shown other lifetimes she had, she killed someone in another lifetime, shown how they had an agreement where the role of victimization was reversed
learned all about energy and the human body, all the information is shown at lightning speed and flashed in front of her
shown how the human body works on an energetic level, what we take in, what we put out, how it moves within the body, all about the auric field and energy points, how emotions work, how unprocessed emotions affect the physical body, how we send and receive frequency and move energy
goes to a crystal city which is described as immensely beautiful, was about 15-20 miles out, wasn’t there very long
someone came to meet her, didn’t get to see their face, gave her a hug and told her it wasn’t her time yet to be home
immediately gone from that area, shown the place of healing for people who had a traumatic lifetime, shown healing pools and healing living waters, souls can be there for quite some time depending on the life experience they had
everything is made up of white marble and columns
shown the hall of records, books are high up as you could possibly imagine, shown her book and clearly had a lot of lifetimes due to the thickness of the book
book contains running movies of the lifetimes, looks like harry potter moving images, thought it was interesting when harry potter came out many years later and she saw the similarity
shown that not all souls are at the same place, different levels of frequency, like was with like, many different levels
there were places you can go where you have mentors and can learn your life agreements
shown a cosmic board, the people there are from many dimensions, some are pure light, some are wearing cloaks, all are extremely wise, some look like what we consider to be ETs, couldn’t see the faces of every single one
they were sitting around a round table which was illuminated, everything around it was black, unsure of where she was exactly
shown modes of travel, calls them wormholes, went through a few of them, felt like flashes of colors and was extraordinarily fast, felt a bit bumpy to her
not everyone used the wormholes, some could imagine a place in their mind and instantly be there, unsure of how it worked exactly
notes that life here does not feel as real as the place she was in during her nde, her senses were extremely highlighted and felt alive unlike before, on earth everything feels dim and in retrospect felt like it wasn’t very alive
sits in a chair, shown golden balls which open up with a movie inside to help her understand what we do to each other
shown the start of mankind and the warring and murdering that took place all throughout history, level of trauma was huge, kept going
shown lots of fire, death from water flooding, shown protests as it comes more into the modern world, shown all the wars and unrest, extends into the future, lots of people to be heard and seen and as much of a priority as anyone else
shown marches and lots of anger, shown that we’ve got to shed our beliefs about other cultures and other people to get through where we need to go, leaves it there since she finds it incredibly sad, shown lots of civil wars and starvation
asks them to stop because she couldn’t bear it anymore, thinks they might’ve gotten to the good stuff eventually, but she couldn’t get through it
shown that conflict could be over land, crops, religion, anything, and that without the understanding that we are all here for the same purpose as brothers and sisters it would continue
she was told that after coming back life was going to be a lot harder on a physical, emotional, mental, psychological level than it was prior to her death, and that she wasn’t going to heal from some things and that was going to live with that pain, they were preparing her for that
asked again if she wanted to come back to earth, she says yes because she firmly believed she could do a lot of the work she came to earth to do
